    Submit your product

    Create an account and add your product — name, category, ingredients, allergen declaration, and serving instructions. Pick a panel tier that fits your decision.

    Ship it to us

    After checkout you’ll get shipping instructions. Send your packaged product (and any competitor products for benchmarking) to our lab.

  3. 03

    We build the panel

    We assemble a roster of trained, allergen-screened panelists matched to your product — filtering out anyone with a conflicting allergen and balancing demographics.

  4. 04

    The session runs

    Products are served blind under controlled conditions. Panelists score appearance, aroma, flavor, texture, overall liking, and purchase intent on standardized scales.

  5. 05

    You get a report

    Within 14 days you receive an interactive report: top-line scores, attribute and demographic breakdowns, distributions, and searchable verbatim comments — plus a PDF.
